For the purpose of this document I, we, Us refer to Metal-Competitions.com and you refers to you the browser.

We provide a directory of external competitions. As these competitions are provided to you from external sources we cannot be held responsible for any details you provide the people who are holding the competition. We do try and check the authenticity of all competitions wherever possible but we cannot be held liable for any misinformation that is published on our site that is quoted from the external site. If you suspect any competition of being fraudulent we do request that you inform us as soon as possible and we will investigate and take action as soon as possible.

If in the event we are holding a competition ourselves we will make it clear that we are the ones holding the competition. The competitions we hold are as is and we must insist that the judges rule is final. If a mistake has been made if the competition for example is question based and our answer is incorrect we will try and address the situation but we cannot guarantee a new winner will be announced. A winner will be announced with all of our competitions stating their name as well as their country. We will not provide further details for privacy reasons.
